Qualification:
- Class 10th with Science and Intermediate Exam Passed
- Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Unani) – Registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of UP
- Diploma in Midwifery Unani – Registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of UP
- Registration Certificate as Unani Nurse and Midwife Dhatri from the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of UP

- Complete OTR (One-Time Registration): First, complete your OTR. Your registration number will be generated 72 hours after completing the OTR.
- Read the Notification: Carefully read the official notification before applying.
